    There's a lot of "One true Scotsman" threads that seem specifically geared to show off.



    I've never had to use my ignore list feature till this summer. I'll admit, it's made things better.

    If your ignore list is anything like mine you'll find it oddly coincidental that all of those you ignore eventual feel the wrath and disappear. A small vindication for a feature nobody likes to use.

    In the minority of cases, those with a worthy opponent, the ignore list is essentially running from an argument. For the rest, I don't need machine assistance to ignore stupid. Have never used it

    I tried using the ignore list once. But I found myself, every time they posted, thinking "okay, what did that idiot say this time" and then I would read the post anyway. Not only was I not really ignoring them, I was causing more work for myself.
