Montgomery County (Md) police chief and prosecutor release letter

What are the chances more "evidence" shows up in the coming year, and an effort to remove Kavanaugh from SCOTUS goes through?

Contrary to what has previously been reported it sounds as if, by the letter, that in 1982 sexual assault and attempted rape was a misdemeanor offense with a one year statute of limitations.

Not that that would matter, if it happened. Certainly if it happened as she described, that would be grounds for disqualification... but I do recall someone saying there's no statute of limitations. That doesn't seem to be the case. Sounds like the police wouldn't bother looking into it even if asked.

Flake has just been spotted speaking with Feinstein 1 on 1.

Edit: Now Flake and Grassley have been spotted entering a room together, not sure if Feinstein is part of that meeting.

Edit2: Now we're back. Grassley says there was a motion, Flake has returned.
