Cell or UVerse?

Only thing available out here when I checked was dial-up, satellite, and cell-wifi. ATT/Verizon are inconsistent and when you go over, you pay extra. At least with satellite, when you go over you can still keep going, just at a reduced speed.

I had unlimited data on my ATT cell until they talked my wife into switching plans...which, even today, we/I bring up from time-to-time to her chagrin.
