So many diet plans and methods out there, my plan is to eat less than I burn daily, the difference made up by my fat stores. Workout at least 4 times a week. Been on this plan for 2 months and loss 6 lbs so far. Food groups that I cut out: any type of chips, soda, ice cream, sweets (cakes, cookies, candy bars, etc), no microwave food, no over processed foods.
