Trust me, if you continue to push your limits it never feels like you're in any better shape. I can make myself hurt way more now than when I started!... I don't think I'm it that much better shape now.

I have tried the rowing machine and find it almost as bad as listening to HRC.So I stepped up again today on the rowing challenge. Put on survivor season 1 and went to town. I rowed 1000m at the gym for 60 cal and then did another 19,000m at home for a total calorie of 1,160 today, 20,000m
