A few summers ago I had a huge order of primers and powder on a Fed-Ex truck but the problem was our street was completely torn out for sewer repair. When I say torn out I mean dug out 10 feet deep.

The driver would have to stop less than a half block away and walk it over here. Pfft, you know that didn't happen so of course they didn't even leave a note either. By evening I called the local Fed-Ex office to ask would it be delivered. They said yes it would, when the street is finished being repaired which would be about 3 more weeks.

I used to walk up hill both ways to school every day for crying out loud! God forbid they walk 1/4 block to insure good business with their clients.

UPS on the other hand has always been top rate here.

But it was my package, delivered to the wrong house. This is the 2nd time FedEx has delivered my stuff to this house even though my address was on the package and didn't match the address on the front of the house it was delivered to. I lodged a complaint with FedEx but I doubt it goes anywhere.
