No, people have heard of the GOA.Is this gonna turn into a state version of NRA vs GOA?

How,why?
I think no one in their org has read the bill. They seem hung up on the idea that the bill creates a database of bad guys who shouldn’t carry guns. Apparently they’ve never heard of the NCIC.They are under the impression that Lucas and Relford "poison pilled" 1369 and caused it to fail.

Good point. George Patton once said that a good plan today is better than an excellent plan tomorrow. Similarly I would rather have an acceptable Constitutional carry law now than a "perfect" one hopefully maybe one of these years.I saw a DNR land concern when I checked out HGR. It seemed like a legit concern but I wouldn't torpedo 1369 over it. That's wat reminded me of the NRA/GOA thing though. If it ain't pure, its got to be stopped type of thinking.
It's like that 80 20 rule I've heard. 80% of the benefit from 20% of the effort. I am willing to get 80% of the way there now and then start fighting over the 20%Good point. (Narrator: there is no database language or requirement in the House-passed version of HB 1369.)Well the database thing is an obvious poison pill, you know.
Guy responded, then why didn't you remove that in the committee hearing....
That kid is a moron. He represents everything that's wrong with Big-L Libertarians. If you're on Facebook, the Young Conservatives of Southern Indiana is attacking Rep. Lucas, and Guy Relford.
HGR/NAGR can't let constitutional carry pass, in any form. They need to find excuses to undermine any bill, in order to continue their grift.I saw a DNR land concern when I checked out HGR. They should sign on with Bloomberg, or maybe they have already?HGR/NAGR can't let constitutional carry pass, in any form. They need to find excuses to undermine any bill, in order to continue their grift.
Maybe they are hoping for a miracle. Easter was just yesterday....If 1369 is dead and buried in committee when why did I just get another NRA alert this afternoon asking me to again reach out to my state senator to see that 1369 is scheduled for a hearing before 04/07?
Not gonna happen with the current slew of spineless Republicans representing usMaybe they are hoping for a miracle. Easter was just yesterday....
Or a donation?Maybe they are hoping for a miracle. Easter was just yesterday....
Like I've said before, when I meet a GOA rep at the Statehouse I'll be sure and introduce myself.Or a donation?
