So I've looked into the Daltech Super Bio. I've never not owned a leather belt and am a little nervous about a polymer belt. Is it adequately stiff and will it last?
I have the Bigfoot gun belt which is the same as the Alien Gear. If you check the address and phone number for both you see they match. Alien Gear markets their product under different names. Any how it is a really nice belt with a steel core that is comfortable and nice looking. I would definitely recommend them.I'm in need of a new gun belt. I've narrowed it down to the Alien gear gun belt or the 5.11 Arc or 5.11 casual. Pros and cons. What say ye INGO?

Of your choices, I'd go with the Casual.
I have one as well. It's my (Rare) IWB carry belt.
But I'd also have you look into the Daltech Force SuperBioBelt. MANY INGOers have them and swear by them. https://www.daltechforce.com/collections/superbio-gun-belts
Recently purchased a Bigfoot belt w/ steel core. happy so far. No sag even when i carry all steel frame.
Personally, I'd be leery of a belt that had a steel stiffener in it.
Steel can and will rust. That MAY affect both the look of the belt and the performance. Granted, I'm sure the look of the belt would fall off way before the performance.
I know how "damp" my dual-layer leather belt gets after I've had it on all day in warm weather (carrying a holster or not). I can't say for sure that the moisture makes it all the way into the innards of the belt or not, but I know that I'd personally probably not want to chance getting fat guy sweat on the steel insert. Kydex stiffener? Sure. Go for it.
