A South Dakota man is suing for having his 4th Amendment rights violated. He was a 'suspect' for the world-ending crime of selling marijuana. Cops took the liberty of placing a GPS tracking beacon on his vehicle without his knowledge and tracked his movements for 26 days. No warrant was obtained.
