I remember in 2016 Biden was kinda out of the public eye because of the death of his son. But boy, in 2020, he shows up with a mouth full of shiny new teeth. Gotta pay for them somehow. And probably the rates to get an audience with the POTUS is probably a lot higher than with just a veep. He could afford gold teeth now.
