I think it's regulations put in place in the last year, AND telling everyone that you're getting rid of all fossil fuels.

Oil prices aren't set by oil companies. It's supply and demand and speculation of which. There's some greed.

I think it's partly Russia in terms of demand. It's also partly Biden because of energy policy. Mostly it's the foreign and energy policies of Biden. He's shipping our reserves overseas (oil is fungible). All that the sanctions have done is helping to end the US dollar as the fiat currency. It's a disaster.
