Sadly I'm betting they will be in jail soon and CA will begin prosecuting against the largest crowdsourced legal defense ever.

There was a point during the beating where the situation transitioned from “I fear for my life”, to, “you mother ****er, you tried to rob me threatened my life!” But, at no point would any rational person viewing that video think that that point was where he became the assailant.
