Well, as a Federal employee, I can tell you that the first one ain't happening. If it does, I'll retract, but we sure haven't been told anything about it.
There was more too it from what I understood. It was supposedly for federal employees that were going to stay home and home school their children. But again, you are the federal employee, I am not. And, because it is a picture thread:
I can think of a way they can blame the surge on Trump. Not that I agree with it, but: They will claim that because Trump enforced immigration laws and did not let those seeking asylum into the country only to never show up for the court hearings, this caused a massive amount of people that would have entered the country to remain in Mexico. Now that Biden has opened the flood gates and it is a free for all, of course there will be a surge in immigration. They will blame the surge on Trump enforcing the law, not on Biden breaking it. And that is liberal logic. Doesn't it just make your head spin.
And when Kamala takes over they will all let out a big sigh of relief and say "that poor poor man was just overwhelmed with what the previous administration left for him".
