    And a tidbit I like to throw out when someone made the comment, "I'm staying away from States that allow pistols to be open carried."

    Well, only 5 States don't allow OC.

    6 Mexican nationals were killed in the massacre. Should Mexico get a crack at the shooter, after he's been sentenced here? It's being reported that they are going to pursue legal action.

    As much as I hate this clown, Mexico can't bring charges for something that happened on US Soil.

    I honestly don't know the legality of the question at issue, but, the shooter stated his intent to target Mexicans and subsequently killed Mexicans. It doesn't seem unreasonable that nations that have an extradition compact would extradite individuals that commit acts against the citizens of nations included in that compact.

    IANAL but the logistics dont make sense.. When the US prosecutes him they send him to jail for life/death. I don't see us letting him out to stand trial in Mexico...
