Rob Kendall's radio show starts in about 20 minutes. From WIBC downtown. I'm betting it will be very interesting...

Yeah, FRS would probably do ok downtown, depending on location. They are limited to 2 watts. Tall buildings and steel can affect UHF signals, so it may get spotty in places.

UHF actually does better than VHF in buildings.

And you can get inexpensive radios on Amazon that far exceed the 2 Watts. So they arent limited by power unless they are only shopping for the radios at walmart. (or looting them)

In fact, just searching for two way radios, the ones Im talking about pop up very high in the search.

Wait a minute the 1AD says “peaceably assembly” the second they throw something it becomes a riot night or day. The people protesting are the same people in the riot they show up looking for trouble most of them can’t even explain why they are there.
Don’t be fooled by good intentions the road to somewhere is paved with em.
We agree there! I think that something definitely needs to be done about the rioting immediately; I just want to make sure that anyone protesting peacefully is allowed to do so.

Police departments need to dust off the old water cannons they used in the 60's and 70's...

Nothing stops a riot quite as well as 1000's of gallons of high pressure water directed at their front lines.

Then arrest everyone left for everything they can be booked for.

Keep doing that until "peaceful protesters" get the hint to clear the way when ANTIFA shows up.

The question is who is defining the "peaceful" in peaceful protest?

Is blocking traffic in the roadways peaceful?

Do we believe the MSN reporter saying that the "protesters" have been "mostly peaceful," while reporting from in front of a burning liquor store?

At what point in time are the "peaceful protesters" enablers for the terrorists among them patiently waiting for the oportunity for looting and arson?

Ideas aren't necessarily bad or ineffective, but not a lot of people care about the optics sometimes.

At what point in time are "peaceful protesters" enablers? Easy?
The second they see their fellow "protesters" start breaking laws.

If they don't pack up and go home after seeing that, then please tell me the difference between them and the terrorists?

If you drive a get away car for a robbery, you get charged with the robbery.

Reporters keep saying "just a handful of trouble makers" but the video shows 50 people rioting at each intersection. There have to be several hundred people rioting across the Mile Square. This seems to be news with an agenda.

Just a bit ago, Abdul Hakim-Shabazz done the same thing on the WIBC air...

"Earlier in the day, during the peaceful protest, it was disturbing to see graffiti being painted on the war memorial."

Seeing the graffiti made me sick. I wish they could catch the "artists" and make them clean it off. With their tongues. On a hot, sunny day.
