What about Boo?
Yeet
It makes me cringe when men refer to women as females because it sexualizes them. A woman is a person; female is her gender.
"De nada" - Spanish translates to 'it's nothing', but used as 'you're welcome'.
How do you feel about "broads", "dames" or "chicks"? *ducking*
What about Boo?
In that same vein, I hate "hubby", not exactly sure why, but it always grates on my nerves.
And my wife called me "baby" in bed, I nearly left right then... ... but I stayed for another thirty seconds, then left to make a sammich.

Using "of" instead of "have" bothers me. As in, "should of", "could of", "would of".
I thought the proper response was, "My names's not baby, it's Janet. Miss Jackson to you."
You're too young to remember that. It's "No, my first name ain't Baby; It's Janet--Miss Jackson if you're nasty."I thought the proper response was, "My names's not baby, it's Janet. Miss Jackson to you."
Perhaps they are saying should've, could've and would've.
DoggyDaddy's a decade and a half older than me, I listened to that album A LOT as a kid. You're too young to remember that. It's "No, my first name ain't Baby; It's Janet--Miss Jackson if you're nasty."

THIS. There's a term for when one word (or contraction) morphs into something else because it's just easier for the tongue.
If it's spoken, yes. If they're typing it, then no.
