In the greater scheme of things, sure, but to individuals, not so much.
Knowing exactly how many this or that will not change my behavior at all and I imagine that is the same for most people.
So, looking at Allen Co's data...
They show 76 cases positive. (a bit delayed, yes) And all of those 76 had, at minimum, hospitalization.
Am I correct in understanding there's there's probably a large, indeterminate amount of people infected that have milder symptoms that don't require hospitalization, and therefore aren't tested?
Does anyone really know how many people are infected? And how much does that matter?
If I mixed up Steramine and put it in a spray bottle, how long would it stay effective?
Steramine is good for use on the day you mix it with water. You must prepare a fresh sanitizing solution daily or more often if the solution becomes diluted or soiled. That's because the water activates the sanitizing power. Because Steramine is activated by water it also means it has a long shelf life. Just remember that it's most effective right when you mix it.

Per an answer from the supplier, indefinitely (on Amazon Question/Answer):
[FONT=&]Question:Once mixed with water how long will it remain effective?

[FONT=&]Answer:It will remain active indefinitely. It does not loose its effectiveness once diluted with water. This has been confirmed again this week with the manufacturer.

I am in exactly the same place. My behavior is based on avoiding contamination with the wuhan virus. I guess of they start lifting restrictions it could affect me because I would probably tighten my personal restrictions a little.

"It is good until it is gone. It will not loose any of its efficacy.
Thankyou"

Chip is still mostly right - articulable suspicion of a crime, infraction, or ordinance violation.
Also not sure that an EO would be a crime/infraction/ordinance violation, unless bootstrapped to some sort of generic "order for public safety."
You do seem to be correct. It was my error. I was looking at available bookings and departure dates for those. I did not see anything on Carnival or Royal Caribbean sites that showed all had been canceled. In response to your post I tried to book a cruise on Carnival, and then RC. It was not until then that you could see most are canceled and future booking dates appear to be pushed out until June.
Good catch.
If I end up getting any, I might try splitting the pills in half or quarters so I don't have to make so much, just in case.
I read that as Route 45 agreeing with me...
I thought maybe you'd found a luxury/ultra-premium cruise line that was still sailing, or something.
Right now, Disney is the odd man, er, mouse, out, only having canceled through sailings departing 04/28. Everyone else has canceled at least until 05/11. We're caught in this discrepancy, as we are scheduled to sail 05/02. There's no way that that cruise happens, nor, at this point, do we still intend to be on it. (It looks like I'm leaving for a 10-week work trip, starting Sunday, to go get more Remdesivir manufactured; so we'd have to cancel, anyway.) We're just waiting for Disney to cancel, so we get full credit, etc. With Trump about to require a 14-day quarantine prior to commercial air travel for all cruise passengers, I don't see how any domestic cruise line sails anytime soon.
