Whenever I hear a pol, Dem or GOP use the term "common sense", I know we are dealing with a socialist idiot who has no idea what he/she is talking about.
Don't call them idiots. They are quite cunning and are working a very detailed plan. Simply referring to them as Socialists, or more accurately, Totalitarians is much more accurate and doesn't give them any cover. Calling them idiots gives them an out. They should not get one.

^True, but many strike me as being dumb as a post by the trash that comes out of their mouths.

Hey now, at least a post knows what it is supposed to do (unlike most politicians). So don't insult posts. Politicians yes, posts no.

Ranked choice voting would make huge inroads into some blue initiatives such as single payer Healthcare while preserving 2a causes
I'm basically a two issue voter at this point -- single payer and 2A, with a side order of ending prohibition and unlawful seizure.

I'm pretty sure the two parties on no account want those things reconciled.

All the more reason to aid and abet the Trumpification of the Republican party. Get rid of the people who are squishy on individual rights and responsibilities, or who would spitefully vote to keep Obamacare because Trump was mean to them
Trump classified an accessory as a firearm via executive order. When biden does the same with standard capacity magazines, don't forget that.
