This is the premier tactical shotgun match in Indiana IMO for anyone who owns a shotgun but never gets to play with it.

Will I have fun with no shell caddies or an extended tube? I recently got a nice shotgun, but haven't had a chance to play with it much
That depends on how seriously you take yourself. :stickpoke:

I intend to have fun no matter how well or crappy I shoot.
I can quad load shells. This however does not imply I am good at doing so or that I don't have yard sales. I am just trying to improve each time I try.

Come out, compete, and learn. Set your expectations low...and you may surprise yourself.

They let people shoot double barrels at this match, that's how seriously they take competitiveness. The one from the last match is still out there reloading his SxS to this day, with an RSO behind him regretting not having a par time on the stages.

    See y'all tomorrow.

Match was a blast. Maybe I can actually have a bit more gear than a dump pouch for next time
Score depends so heavily on reloading that people get a real advantage from something as simple as shotgun caddies that present shells in the same consistent place and orientation. Being able to load doubles is a step up from that.

My attempt to stay practical with the breacher chic loadout definitely gives some advantages up. Good shell carriers, doubles, and long tubes are the road to STN division victory.

Man those box mag guys can rip, though, as long as they aren't having mag catch problems. The fastest tube guys still got obliterated by their runs.

Hard to stay competitive when putting 15 shells in the gun takes 3 seconds for the Mag Fed guys. I was pretty happy with how I placed overall TBH and surprised I won Semi Tube Optic division
