Yeah, but why just now? Wasn't Cullors buying several multi-million dollar properties in fashionable parts of LA and then being caught shopping for digs in an exclusive community in the Bahamas enough of a red flag?

I get the feeling that it was ignored until it just became too big and too public to sweep under the rug - though certainly not from lack of trying

I wonder how it feels to get played that badly? I'd imagine only a small minority will allow enough reality to creep into their existence to realize and acknowledge it, even fewer will learn from it. The vast majority will simply put it out of their minds while making sure they know where the checkbook is for the next bleeding heart, bull :poop: cause.

I heard a snipet from a moron (won't benefit him by saying his name) on The Comedy Chanel saying something about the earth's core cooling at an alarming rate. I can't wait to see what they come up with to be the cause of this one and how long it'll be before we're all frozen out of existence. Fish farts clogging up the atmosphere and allowing all of the core's heat to escape or some :poop: .

Not that they're predictable or anything. Fear porn sells.
Unfortunately, same could be said about the NRA.

Good. Then it wasn't spent pushing the leftist agenda or candidates. I'm disappointed they didn't take and spend even more.
Let's see, two trained POS Marxists see how badly their fellows have been lied to and indoctrinated to be victims (thanks Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton) and see a huge opportunity. Criminal scum is killed being a dirtbag and they have their "cause". The indoctrinated masses support them, riot, burn and loot for them and they leverage that to get corporations who are pissing themselves about being woke enough to accumulate millions of dollars, which never go to the "cause". Founders suddenly have huge houses, blacks in the inner cities are still killing themselves off and blaming cops and now this. I'm shocked? :dunno:
Spoke to some people at the local jewelry store that was severely damaged during the riots over the course of two days and nights last May in Indianapolis, . His place was pretty much destroyed. All the display cabinets were smashed, glass was shattered, drawers were forced opened and there was a lit torch dropped to the floor in an attempt to burn it all down. Police apparently had lots of video footage and were able to identify quite a few miscreants, including the one smashing store front windows with a skate board.
NOT ONE OF THEM WAS PROSECUTED. Good thing it was a "peaceful" protest. Hate to see a violent one.

I have a friend who gives out Andrew Jacksons to beggars in Indy. I asked him if he ever wonders if he's being played. His response: "If they're playing me, that's on them, they will have to answer to the Good Lord...it's not on me." The implication being, it's the intentions that matter. The outcome is secondary.

And this is a person who attended the Tea Party gathering in Washington.

It's not about the recipient. It's how the giver feels about it. I suspect a lot of BLM donors won't care they got played. To them, it's the intentions that count. It makes them feel good. The outcome is irrelevant.
Your friend is facilitating the problem. ...Well intentioned or not.

BLMs signature cause, Defund the Police, has turned out to be politically toxic. Their co-founder is on the ropes for embezzlement, mayors of Chicago and San Francisco have done dramatic turn-arounds and Biden's new budget increases funding for police without a peep from the SJWs. BLM like the Rainbow Coalition will fade away but the race business is far too lucrative to end.

Soon we'll see the same people going after the same private and corporate donations but with a new brand.

    Meanwhile BLM progress marches forward:

Can’t let a pesky little thing like corruption dull the sense of urgency for the cause.
What little I've read (entirely in this thread) gives no information on what his beef was with the candidate. The guy he attempted to murder was a Democrat, also. That doesn't seem to make sense unless it was a protection racket and he didn't get paid or wanted to run for mayor himself

    Anybody know anything more
