Do you feel that the warrant was unwarranted? Again, you're putting the cart before the horse. A warrant is issued based upon probable cause, is it not? I'm guessing they just don't grant them willy-nilly.

Edit: They don't grant them willy-nilly unless it's a FISA warrant.
