It's a small, local chain. We have one here in Bargersville also and yes it is a good place for breakfast. It's hard to beat an omelette, hash browns and two pancakes for ~ $10 if you are hungry.

I have run into other people that don't like maple flavored anything. That is why they make strawberry flavored corn syrup.
I have even run into a couple people that don't like chocolate.

Far fewer people would like chocolate if they had to eat it in the natural form. Natural doesn't always taste better.

No, just the texture of the real stuff. I want it to be real, but just wish it were thicker so it would cling to the pancakes or french toast or whatever like the fake stuff does. I didn't know real maple syrup wasn't thick until I was an adult and actually had it. We grew up with Mrs. Butterworth's and the like. Went to pour the real stuff, expecting it to come out of the bottle slowly like Mrs. Butterworth's and boy was I surprised!

cook it longer. Find a different supplier that makes it thicker.

I have organic from Sams Club, Indiana commercial produced, and stuff a friend makes. I see differences in consistency and taste.
