06 KJ (Liberty) Custom bumper, lifted, winched, and well equipped.
This is the closest to what my jeep looks like now.
We also did RRock for a year
It was HOT that day
Nice, is the fender flares needed because of hte tires or just because? I am looking to get that size tires and heard 3"-3.5" won't due and to go 4-4.5" to comfortable fit 31's. I don't want to get new flares right away, but will at some point. I really don't want to cut my body panels.
i have no rubbing issues with that lift and 31's. those are the stock flares that came on the jeep. they've just been cut a little to make room for the front bumper and the rear quarter panel armor. i could probably go up to 32's and still have no problems. you definitely need 3 or 3.5 inches of lift to go with 31's. i've had a 2" lift with 30's AND 31's. 31"s definitely rub with only 2" of lift.
Not true, I ran 2" of lift and 31's and the only rub I had was at full lock, Now I'm at 3" and 32's and they rub a bit more but nothing that worries me.
The only rub I had was the factory control arms at 2" with 31s and tat was at full lock. Properly bumpstop it and you won't rub anywhere else. It rubs now because the tires are an inch wider.Failing to find out what is untrue about his statement. He said it rubs. You say it rubs.
