My Citizen app is saying the shooter was found dead. They're saying 4 people injured but I don't know how current that is. It was as of 16 minutes ago.

Shooter was man in his 60's conformed by local police.
Wild rumor is he's a UNLV professor. TOTALLY UNCONFIRMED so we will wait.

Then, in 1989, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that "police have no specific obligation to protect."
