Typical—making a victim the criminal. Ugh.SB 42 Reporting of Lost or Stolen Firearms. Class C infraction for not doing this in 30 days. I have a drawer full of knives in the kitchen, just sayin. DOA.
These seem to read a lot alike. are these things a thing that now need legislation? I’m out of the loop, I guess.OK there are three different "Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area" bill, two by Chip Perfect and one by that damn ***** from Fort Wayne (NRA-PVF: D; KiA: F-). I'm against it because, well you know why.
If a 6 year old is mature enough to make a decision to alter his 'gender', then he can also carry a gun.Senate Bill 144
Minimum age to carry a handgun. Changes the minimum age required to carry a handgun to 21 years of age.
They're representing their 'constituency'After constitutional carry, those idiots downtown had better not start in with more “gun control” laws! What they do need to do is work on “criminal control” laws and pass laws to ensure the judiciary punishes criminals. The same goes for these libtard prosecutors. And leave us law abiding firearm owners alone. Period. Peace!
This is why its hard for me to take our law makers seriously.SB 77 Recreational use of throwing stars. Don't get excited, looks like crony capitalism to me. Authored by Liz Brown (NRA-PVF: D; KiA: F-) so I may oppose this just because. Changes the language from "Chinese Throwing Stars" to "Throwing Stars" (great work there Liz, people had been exploiting the Vietnamese, Korean, and Filipino Throwing Star loophole for years. Don't think I need purple for the sarcasm with that statement.)
Recreational use of throwing stars. Allows a person who is at least 12 years of age to possess a throwing star for recreational purposes on certain business premises if particular requirements are met. Makes the violation of certain throwing star provisions a Class C misdemeanor
This guy is full of them this session.Authored by the insufferable Lonnie Randolph (NRA-PVF: F; KellyinAvon: F-) as was SB 14, Prohibition of Firearms in Polling Places. If both aren't DOA when getting to committee I'll be shocked.
How not to be a thug when pulled over? Or don't permit a search when merely requested by a LEO?This guy is full of them this session.
There's also this one. What problem is it attempting to address?
More student loan pandering:

Because the idiots that come up with these hair-brained ideas probably assume most people only have one gun and that they’d know if were missing the moment they got home.I've seen two intentions associated with this. First that it will reduce illegal gun trafficking and secondly that it will help police investigate the crime. Is there something I'm missing because these seem a bit weak.
How does reporting the theft after the fact reduce the guns available for trafficking? I can't address the second point but it strikes me that it's the one-off thefts that aren't being reported. Is this really a benefit to recovery and apprehension?
I've got a few safe queens that are way in the back. One of those could disappear and I might not know it for years.
