Most Indy stores are corporate. Phil is a corporate employee. My brother is a manager at a PJ in the Indy area. I will have home ask about their official policy.

My daughter is almost 10, but we got her a cell at 8. Just added it to our family share plan. Locked it down, so No text, internet or calls except for me, my wife, and my mother in law. She still has the same phone today. Its never been lost or broken.
