I honestly don't think either are worth the money. The standard m4 stock does the exact same thing. I was big into Magpul but I learned most of their stuff are gimics. Just my opinion. I'd look at vltor or the sopmod Crane stock. Those atleast have storage and offer better cheek welds.
I've never had good experience with off brand knives like that. Some good companies to look at are, sog, cold steel, and spyderco. They are made much better and will last you for decades if taken care of. Take aa look at there offerings and see if you like any. Knives aren't like guns in cot, so...
Fenix PD32
Check out the Fenix PD32. It has almost all of the features you want. Very good light that's easy to use. Small enough to carry too and is only like 80 bucks.
