      Indiana Militia

Gentlemen, after reading your comments, doing a lot of soul searching and research I admit my answer on taking from the civilian populace is wrong regardless of the situation. Theft is theft and there is no exception for anyone at anytime. If the times get that dire, everyone will be rationing...

      Long Gun Open Carry

Open carry is a bit of who's your local Sheriff and how suspicious will you look when you do. I've gone through Indiana's laws and there is no law that prohibits open carry of a rifle or shotgun. The only firearm carry restriction is limited to handguns. As there is no law that says you can't...

      Lahti 20mm

Closest thing I've fired is Serbu's 50 BFG. Thats a teeth rattler but what a rush. With a C&R liscence which runs $30 for three years, you could buy any surplus/vitage gun like the Lahti or Solothurn. I'd like to get an old German PAK 37 with the air filled tires.

      Indiana Militia

You aren’t whistling Dixie there! My first involvement was with the 21st Btn when I lived in Ohio. At first it just seemed like a group of like minded individuals who chose to take our Constitutional responsibilities seriously. As it turned out, they had members that were former Marines...

      Indiana Militia

The ISM requests civilian support in whatever way they wish to contribute. To take from civilians by force is a decision I cannot make until I am in such a situation. If it means death by starvation or raid someone’s food pantry I would try to compensate the affected family in some way with...

      Indiana Militia

I apologize for not coming backhere more often. I primarily post on the www.modernminuteman.net but one of our newest team mates mentioned that he learned about the ISM here. So I came back to see if any recent interest has risen. I have had contact with Mr. Flatt in the past but we are not...

      Indiana Militia

Gents, Indiana state laws/codes divides the militia into two groups: the paid National Guard and the unpaid sedentary militia. The Indiana sedentary militia (ISM) has always been in existence. There has now been a renewal of intrest in training with like minded individuals in the event we ever...

Indiana state laws/codes divides the militia into two groups: the paid National Guard and the unpaid sedentary militia. The Indiana sedentary militia (ISM) has always been in existence. There has now been a renewal of intrest in training with like minded individuals in the event we ever had to...

Indiana Sedentary Militia (ISM) 63rd Btn The selective service is what the government uses to keep an active list of all able bodied males ages 18 to I believe 32 to draft in the event of an all out war and our professional army is unable to handle it alone. If you are in the National Guard...
