      all of the cops i've notified of my carry remained calm. maybe my logic is flawed, but if i was a cop i would anticipate a legit, pistol-toting citizen to inform me of his/her carry. otherwise i would be VERY suspicious should i find it on my own. just my opinion. i get it out in the open...
