Ohio student gets 3-day suspension for pointing finger like a gun...

You mean like this? How did the "Biden defense" work out for that last guy anyways?

Judge Overturns Texas' Gay Marriage Amendment

^^ This has always bothered me, too! States explicitly have to recognize contracts and such of other states, except for this. Makes no sense to me at all!

Judge Overturns Texas' Gay Marriage Amendment

People's right to not participate in things they religiously disagree with needs to be a separate battle, IMO. But I think that people shouldn't patronize businesses that they disagree with in the first place.

      Loud pipes on motorcycles

I dislike them but only on cruiser V-twins. The lower frequency goes right through walls and is soooo irritating. Sports bikes, with open exhaust, are not nearly as load while idling or riding under normal conditions.

Judge Overturns Texas' Gay Marriage Amendment

States never had the right to discriminate.

      Motorcycle learners permit

If you're lucky at he ABATE course you get to watch people taking the 'standard' riding test and failing. It is considerably more difficult than the abate class, especially if all you have is a Harley or Oldwing. I took mine in almost Louisville while living in Indy because it was the first...

Revised anti-gay marriage ban passes Indiana house

It shouldn't be any harder than acquiring a marriage license (my only experience is IN), except that you should only need to sign it and turn it back in. Want a ceremony, that's all you. Currently the legal definition of "marriage" is quite important for taxes, wills, child care, and other...

Texas to NFL: Your no-gun policies don't apply here.

How about we let everyone lawfully carry in the publicly funded and financed buildings. NFL doesn't like it? Make them pay the taxpayers back for the millions spent on their stadiums.

Can you share photos of the wear on your polymer frame after heavy use?

I'll try to take some pictures of my PX-4. It was a police pistol so it's very warn on the outside. I don't think I've noticed anything on the inside though.

      House of Cards on Netflix

I'm up to episode 9 so far and it's great. Coincidently we were able to do a Neilsen survey starting Thursday, only 30 minutes of "TV" to report for 4 days and it was all DVR.

What will you buy with your tax return?

Lol 4% interest rate. I bought a used Troy Bilt Horse tiller for our garden.

Does Indiana really need Excise Police

Don't forget camping out near liquor stores and pulling people over to check their IDs, trying to buy alcohol as underaged, and generally being annoying.

      How much do gutters cost?

$4/foot? I hope this is installed price; gutters are only around $6-10/ 10 foot section. It's not a terribly hard thing to do unless it's up too high for your ladders.

      Gummy Bear Armageddon

One of my English teachers warned me about this in high school. The serving size is not a suggestion!

Republican House Passes Spending Bill Without Reading It All. Again.

I think a good limit on bills is that they have to be hand written by the person introducing it. It can be as long as necessary, but he or she must personally write every word. Make that a rule and see how many 1000+ page bills come up.

Attention mall ninjas!! Your new bullet is here!

Oh my that seems like a lot of "engineering" for nothing. Also he used "furthest" instead of farthest, really annoying.

Indoor Ranges - Where Are They Hiding

Indy Trading Post did. I haven't been there in over a year though so it may have changed.

      Fashionable food allergies

I'm pretty sure iPads have gluten in them.

"gun activists have a new craze and its more dangerous than you think"

I wanted to know how many of the 2,700 rounds were .22LR. That's only a a couple boxes of .22 and then few for what ever else he had, nothing to write home about.
