My routine varies, usually depending on what deficiencies I find in live fire.
For example:
5x SHO from ready
5x WHO from ready
5x 2H from ready
5x SHO from holster
5x WHO from holster
5x 2H from holster
It's 30 reps, and doesn't take any more than 5 minutes.

I think that you're hitting the nail on the head there as far as an advanced class goes. Demonstrating a set of skills and showing ownership of those skills on-demand AND under some stress. In this case it was in front of peers and on a timer.

I see your offer of chips and punch, but I will offer cake. Or cupcakes, if that's the preferred cake delivery platform.
Because you can't have a party without cake.
I keep a log on my computer, along with an AAR, and any pictures or video. And I keep a file folder with notes, and certs incase I need to use them for an application to another class.
My table looks suspiciously like Jackson's...
I'm assuming its the same thing that the russians were doing in that Larry Vickers' video posted a few weeks back, so probably to get the target to back off.

Thanks, Mike. It was a great help having you, and the other experienced guys, in our squad to show us the way.
Jackson ran his exact carry gear, minus concealment. The only thing that deviated from my carry gear was a Comp-Tac holster instead of appendix carry, to stay in Production division.

If you've had a handgun class before, you'll probably be fine. You can always email Louis about it and ask.
Sheriff Ken Campbell hosts it at the Boone County Sheriff's Department range.
I ran a side saddle, as did most other shooters. In addition, I just filled up one of the cargo pockets on...
Defense Training International (John Farnam) has a 1-day class taught by Dr. Anthony Barrera, who was an emergency medicine doctor if I remember right. He used to bring that class to Lebanon, not sure if he still does though.
