Do you have natural gas? If you do, use the 1k towards a generator big enough to run your essentials. Doesn't have to run the whole house. That's what I did 15 years ago and have never had a problem. You know there is always the chance your pump could take a crap.- fastwally

Why is everyone in IN concerned with a "woods gun?"

Handgun for the woods
If i"m out west in bear country I carry the S&W 29 Classic. Around this area I carry my 3" Ruger SP-101 357 mag. or the 686+. -
