      Any Tricks to Finding .22lr anyone?

      The trick is not in finding it but affording it. I just picked up a 325 rd box it cost me $22.95 :ugh: The last time I bought .22s it was $8.99 a box of 525 rds.

      Get her something from Remington, or Mossberg in a semi-auto the gun will be a little heavier than the pump models but the recoil will be less because of the heavier weight & the action cycling. Use some of the low recoil slug ammo & she will do fine. :yesway:

      The .17 HMR is dead accurate, but any close shot will destroy any meat you are hunting for. My Savage .17 HMR is accurate enough to put a five round group inside a pop bottle cap at 100 yds. with room to spare.

      Comparing the AR to the AK is like comparing a Ferrari to a dependable work truck. Both are good at the job they are intended for. You wouldn't drop your tools in a Ferrari & go blasting down a dirt road, would you?? :rolleyes:
