Ho do you change U.S.Mail rules???

the .gov is strong everywhere. All government agencies and entities have antiquated policies and more antiquated leaders. Good luck getting anyone that can make changes to listen let alone change anything.

Why all the hate on .40

That’s not all the way a factual comparison. 357 Sig like a couple rounds can’t be plus p because it already in a standard loading has 40,000 PSI (the new 30 Super Carry is 50,000) 9mm plus p plus is 38-39,000 PSI. Also the 358 Sig while advertised at 1450 in a service size gun it’s more...

Why all the hate on .40

Like BBi pointed marketing. And the fact most people don’t realize FT pounds of energy don’t matter as much as penetration or expansion. Standard 9mm 124 HST close to 1,200 FPS out of a 4 to 4.5” barrel that’s lower level 357 mag (rem Goldman saber comes to mind) probably sufficient for most...

      Comped or ported?

Id leave the porting or comps for the competition games. I use to do USPSA dnIDPA it’s fun and not knocking it. That is a technical shooting game. I am more into application use where .50 splits your doing good that’s fast enough to assess if the next shot is warranted and to make solid hits...

Special Gun Rights Given to Police But Not to You

I had a unique experience. I was USAF Security Police/Security Forces. My first issued sidearm was a S&W Model 15 Revolver 38 special at the school we also had some Navy/USMC MA and MPs along with some British troops. At the training area I saw M15’s 1911a1’s (they did look really old) and...

      RED DOT SIGHTS

I get that. My point was I have seen folks in classes have issues with their RDS loc tighter in I’m just not so sure this magnetic part will be much for durability

Uvalde Families Now Suing FedEx and UPS for Shipping Rifle and Trigger Assembly

While some will take offense I’m just saying some companies have maybe gave the left some ammo on their advertising. Not agreeing with it however the left is good at seeing where they can shoot the arrow so to speak. Hopefully it gets thrown out we will see

      RED DOT SIGHTS

I saw this from the NRAAM and wasn’t optimistic. I mean people can’t keep them in with screws and loc tight so not sure how this would be better But I’ll wait. I’m sure it will make it all of 3 minutes in a Sage Dynamics range trip!

Special Gun Rights Given to Police But Not to You

I get it and my post wasn’t ment as a judgement more an observation. Of the ones that boast about knowing or being better about something they are not and not taking the time to be quiet before talking! I see the same with the agency guys that say they are “gun guys” (and they are also clueless...

Special Gun Rights Given to Police But Not to You

Even the ex infantry folks I saw barely qualified and always quipped “well all I **** was rifles” or “if I had my rifle” MP’s were generally better but not by much. The ones that claimed Special Forces if they were good they were telling the truth…if they weren’t good you knew they weren’t!!!!

      S & W .22 Mag

22mag semi auto rifles are problematic…so much so not many companies still make rifles. Not so sure about the handguns why they seem to work better just not better enough to be a decent suppressor option

Why all the hate on .40

The issue wasn’t the Glock the issue was people tried to reload the cases way too many times and resizing the buldge one too many times. And I saw millions of 40 cal ammo go down range from Glocks at FLETC with no issues but somehow a few folks do what they do and it’s a problem!

Special Gun Rights Given to Police But Not to You

In the 2013 LEOSA Revision they added Military Police/Security Forces career field and reduced the 15 year requirement to 10 years. Each service has its own usually privatized company for the ID/Credentials Here’s a link from Mississippi that has all the services links check there for your...

Special Gun Rights Given to Police But Not to You

Qualified immunity doesn’t protect officers from illegal acts. Your heartburn (and mine) is Absolute Immunity that protects Prosecutors and Judges. There is zero recourse with a Prosecutor that refuses to charge and a Judge that refuses to sentence o releasing folks that probably shouldn’t be...

Uvalde Families Now Suing FedEx and UPS for Shipping Rifle and Trigger Assembly

Just the messenger so by that here is the difference. The issue is this isn’t protected by the Commerce protection act. They (The families attorney) is going after them for the way Daniels Defense marketed it not just making a product. The Newtown lawsuit was the same grounds Glock which had...

      Bad ammo?

^^THIS^^ I’d avoid plus p with 2” guns especially air weights you get blast with no benifit The one exception is the 135 Speer Hold Dot is rated plus O but doesn’t have the blast and seems to reliably expand however I’m stiff an advocate of 148 wadcutters in 2” Gunsi

      Bad ammo?

Actually he 158 GBI (or name a city load) is iffy in expanding out of 2” Lucky Gunner has a extensive gel testing and most of the various FBI 158 LSWCHP load failed to expand that load is a great in a 4” All that aside it doesn’t matter what you have if you can’t put in a fist size group in...

      Bad ammo?

Usually lead isn’t the issue with bullet jump in revolver rounds. I get the increased risk with small air weights but growing up in the revolver days (as in I carried them for a duty gun) I didn’t see or experienced that with anyone outside one or two shoddy handloads.

      Bad ammo?

Wadcutter in a snubby had a proven track record. Several guys ran them in their backup snubs and I know of a couple Memphis guys and a couple I worked with that dropped BG’s with snubbies loaded with wadcutter It cuts full 38 cal diameter holes in a sternum and gets to the gods without the...
