I have some questions, I looked through the thread and didn't see an answer, so here goes: Does this lower constitute the weapon? In other words, by buying this, do I now have for practical purposes a weapon that would potentially be grandfathered assuming the AWB likely to be coming? Were the other needed parts regulated during the last ban?
