Usually YouTube has a Captions options.. If I find something out to help you I will..

watch the YT recording several days later. YT will auto generate CCs but it takes a couple days to ingest. (it wont do it live AFAIK)

I actually have used them as a free CC generator. Upload a clip, wait 2 days, then download the clip. Magically it usually comes back down with CC.
