Indiana honors any states license to carry as long a you don't live in IN. Always has and if you are from VT. where you don't need a license you better have a VT. drivers lic.

    Folks,

In general, Indiana recognizes ALL other states with regard to CCW permits. I am a police officer and know what I am talking about. In any event, why would I want to lock someone up from another state with a valid CCW permit? Unless that person committed some heinous (read criminal) offense, I am glad that they are carrying. I know that we in Law Enforcement NEVER show up to prevent something, usually only to clean up the mess.

So Indiana does recognize all other states CCW permits. Really.
