That's great stuff JT! Been so long since I seen one of your vids, I lost track of how professionally you lay them out. Love the credits with all the equipment details.

There was a kayak fishing tournament on Eagle Creek 2 weeks ago, and I believe there are several guys around Indy that fish it semi-regularly. Check out Central Indiana Kayak Anglers on Facebook, if you're on there. They're out fishing quite a bit and I'm sure they'd be glad to help ya along. So anyone kayak fish out on Eagle Creek reservoir? That is one of the places close to me that would be interesting, as well as other places folks my recommend on west side, Avon/Plainfield, etc area. Additional shore fishing suggestions welcome as well.

I want to kayak on racoon lake but I refuse to disarm myself to do so. I fished the big blue river all last year and was unimpressed. I caught a few, but I stuck out more than anything.
Ive been looking for a good place to go that isnt 2 hours away from Indy.

This is what a truck load of St. Croix rod blanks looks like.
On poppers? Oh man, my favorite fly to catch smallies. Guess I'll be heading out to the river tomorrow.

How do you fish those in moving water? Maybe its just I fish in too fast of water(900+cfs).
I have also been fishing riverside park around 24th till i moved last week and caught a bunch of gills.
