Who was shooting north of Lafayette today ( Saturday)

At a range north of Lafayette ( maybe 10 to 20 miles)
Looked like maybe 4 to 6 lanes wide and a 100 yard range
we flew over you in a red ( maroon ) heliciopter
and almost landed to check out the range
Almost looked like a Mini appleseed

Sounds like Wildcat Valley. My home range! The only thing on the schedule today was a swap meet (no matches), so it may have just been normal activity for a nice spring weekend...
