I got a D in German, but I do recall the word 'kopfschmerzen'. Which is 'headache'. So my guess is 'kopf' is head, not 'kampf'.

Closest I got to German was watching Hogan's Heros, but yeah, they were always calling Schulz a "dumkopf", so you're probably right. Thanks!
