Can't imagine a more gorgeous wheel gun!!3" nickel k frame - model 13-3 .357
my first day with it. can't stop looking at it. spent the morning cleaning and waxing. still haven't shot it.
can't believe it's mine. so thankful. i have another vintage holster ordered, and plan to carry this. any pro-tips from those who have used and maintained a nickel gun? i know the basics, but appreciate any advice.
How do you like those grips?
I prefer them to about every other grip I've tried. They're not as 'perfect' as rubber can be but I compromise for the aesthetics of wood. The target bananas are slim like standard stocks but add that little length/curve which fits my hand perfectly. I like the checkered for carrying/shooting but smooth is pretty. Combats are just too bulky for concealed carry. I carry this aiwb at 1-2o'clock with a slight angle, so the grip rests into my hip bone and out of sight well. How do you like those grips?
I have a S&W 647 but no pic.I would be interested to see how many other snubby owners there are here. Here is my S&W 642. I have speed strips instead of Speed loaders now.
