I just picked up my sig 226 legion yesterday. I can say that the machine work and overall quality is superb. It is also quite a bit smoother action than my other 226's. I haven't shot it yet and may not for some time. It is truly one of the nicer mass production guns out there. The grips are probably my favorite part with the slimmed down slide release coming in a close second. I will try to post some pics tomorrow.
Dang you.... the local LGS has a P229 and another the P226 Legions... I may end up getting one...I just picked up my sig 226 legion yesterday. Everyone that has bought one seems to really be happy.Get one. I questioned whether it was worth it to get another 226 much less a 1100 dollar one. It is well worth it. I am very happy with my purchase.
A full custom built 1911 from AllenM.
Pics as the project progresses.
I'm curious, is a full custom built 1911 better than buying a springer model?
Well, we will see.
I have several customized springers and I truly love them all.
We are going out to the edge with the custom build.
I will be impatiently waiting.
