    1997 Mercury Sable 220,000 miles ( wife's old car, son's now)
    1997 Ford Escort 146,000 miles (daughter's car)
2000 Jeep Cherokee 147,000 miles (mine)
    2007 Ford Taurus 100,000 miles (wife's)

As you can see, I DON'T play the new car game. Take care of them and they will last.:yesway: Other than the Sable being about worn out, the others all run like new.

    Did I just jinx myself.......:n00b:

So what's the story on that one?

That truck was an RV hauler for three years and most of those miles. I still work in that field but not as an OTR driver. Over the years I have seen about a dozen trucks go over a million. All but one were Dodges. The other was a 7.3 Ford.

95 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9L 4x4 with around 150k. Has original transmission (still works properly). It runs pretty good but its showing age. Only about 1/2 the rear bumper is still there, interior needs some love, and drivers door is starting to sag.

    The recently-stolen '06 350 had 80,400.

My '96 Suburban had 237,000 on it before it spontaneously combusted. I'd still be driving it but for that.

    1990 Camry 172,xxx.

Starts, stops, and runs me to work and back every day. My mom bought it new and I negotiated the deal for her. I inherited it five years ago.

I will drive it until it is not worth fixing which I anticipate will be a long time.
