    Things like that are sure to be found as used against all of us that want the HPA to pass.

    It is easy enough to build a can legit, why take the chance on a Fed penalty.

    I always laughed at the "solvent trap kits."
    They advertise the solvent trap as a means to "retain your used solvent for later use."
    Because, you know, the solvent is the most expensive part of any gun cleaning process. :rolleyes:

    Do you know how much money the ATF could save via the HPA? Think about all the tax dollars wasted on managing stamps and cracking down on crap like this.

    Apparently, it only works for small caliber ammunitions. Found this video on YouTube where someone tried to use it on an AK, tore up the filter pretty badly.
