My job is so layed back and the process is so slow that we always have time to get online. I know...Im lucky So, i can honestly say INGO never keeps me from my work.
Well, I'm pretty much done for today, but if I backtrack a few hrs I can come up with a few things.
INGO has been up on my browser most of the day, so...
I sat on a conference call, barely paying attention, while I browsed INGO.
I should have started a project timeline, or at least an outline for a planning meeting.
I have 1 report that must be compiled and sent off today.
I really should have touched base with my boss on secondary project notes.
All in all, though, it's been a quiet day. My one report for today gets put together throughout the day as other people send me their data. By 4 or so, I just have to save it and email it, which I just did.
I've got plans for an Islamic Center in Michigan that I need to figure out how much rebar there is so we can bid the job. But I usually blame web surfing as part of my IT Manager job. Pretty much everyone here has had internet surfing questions, so it's a valid skill to keep building up.
Right now I should be updating a transition plan with new action items for a plant closing that im involved in. But, i always check INGO before I get into any serious work.
I'll probably be on here later instead of writing my agenda for a trip to corprate next week to.
