I always thought, as far as beauty goes, the Burr Hamilton dueling pistols were the bees knees.....they made a replica set of them back weniza kid and I lusted heartily for them....

Early S&W N Frame with 6.5” barrel, 3 Ts and that beautiful bright blue. Model 29, 25 or 27.
Early S&W K Frame 4” with 3 Ts in bright blue. Model 19 or stainless Model 66
Colt LW Commander in 38 Super with ivory grips.
Belgian Browning High Power
HK P7 PSP or M8. Almost the perfect pistol.

So many others but these really get my motor running.

Apparently I'm much simpler than some of you, a firearm is a tool and the best tool ever created is a hammer, John Moses Browning's Model 1911 is a damn close 2nd.
Does the job it's made to do, does it well.
