Any one with issues on the model 66 with 6in barrel?
My old reliable is an original 66 with a 4". It's rock solid and has been so since I bought it many years ago.Any one with issues on the model 66 with 6in barrel?
All threads like this should be addressed to owners of said brand. Not, I heard from my cousins, friends, uncles, daughters baby daddy, ect. ect. I have an older Taurus .44 Mag, it's a great handgun.
I disagree. I have a PT92 and a Millennium G2 and both of them are great semi autos. Never had any FTE or jamms of any sort.In my experience, their wheel guns are GTG, but their semi-autos, not so much.
I had a Taurus 85 (mfd '93) and it was a beast.
I fired well over 200 +P .38sp rounds through it with zero hiccups.
I only got rid of it because it sat around in the safe for no purpose.
I also had the PT 740 Slim and I actually did not like it at all.
functionality was so-so with "only" 2 stovepipes out of 200rds through it,
but firing it was less than pleasant...
didn't feel right in my hand and recoil was nearly unbearable.
