I think more people that did'nt vote for Walker is because they just didn't like him for whatever reason and not primarily because of Trump's endorsement.
It's not like they said we would've voted for Walker if it were not for the fact that Trump endorsed him so now, we're not gonna vote for him.
IMO the reason Walker lost was more about Walker than it was about Trump.
I don't think people voted against Walker because of Trump. I think it probably had more to do with that he's a bit of a nutter. Has a lot of kids from different women. History of violence against his ex wife. Lots of negatives. So no. The only criticism of Trump's accountability in that was that Trump made him. According to Walker's son, Trump's team put a lot of pressure on Walker to run, and that if it weren't for Trump his dad would not have run. So I think it's fair to say that Trump was foolish to pick Walker. It's not clear if a good candidate could have won, however. But it was a certainty that Walker would lose.
