FWIW, 21st century just missed my top 3 due to so-so pricing, and PSS has slipped since last year. A lot of the hired help at PSS are not very service-oriented. It's a shame, since Bob knows his stuff and is always helpful.

Bought my first gun a S&W 915 over 20 yrs ago and when I went back the following week I noticed they were having S&W Days and the same gun I purchased was now a few bucks less then when I bought it . Well Roger recognized me and gave me the hard plactic pistol case I was buying for free now thats what I call GREAT customer service!
