    I as personal matter of principal I do not spend any money in anti-gun states that don't allow CC, I even go so far as to try to avoid ever entering them in the first place. Admittedly it's hard when it comes to Illinois, I have been in IL in the last year or so, but I can honestly say I can not recall the last time any of my money was spent there.

    You take a course in your home state. It cost 50 to a 100 bucks. The course I took did the required fingerprinting and range time. Sent in the paper work with 50 dollars and got my non resident license in less that a month. I think it is good for 5 years.
